In the document, modestly titled “A Fundamental Reshaping of Finance”, Fink, who manages the world’s largest investment fund with some $7 trillion then under management, announced a radical departure for corporate investment. Money would “go green.” In his closely-followed 2020 letter Fink declared,.. ‘In the near future – and sooner than most anticipate – there will be a significant re-allocation of capital…Climate risk is investment risk.’ Further he stated, “Every government, company, and shareholder must confront climate change.” – In a separate letter to Blackrock investor clients, Fink delivered the new agenda for capital investing. He declared that Blackrock will exit certain high-carbon investments such as coal, the largest source of electricity for the USA and many other countries. He added that Blackrock would screen new investment in oil, gas and coal to determine their adherence to the UN Agenda 2030 “sustainability.” – Fink made clear the world’s largest fund would begin to disinvest in oil, gas and coal.  ‘Over time,’ Fink wrote, ‘companies and governments that do not respond to stakeholders and address sustainability risks will encounter growing skepticism from the markets, and in turn, a higher cost of capital.’ He added that, ‘Climate change has become a defining factor in companies’ long-term prospects… we are on the edge of a fundamental reshaping of finance.’  – From that point on the so-called ESG investing, penalizing CO2 emitting companies like ExxonMobil, has become all the fashion among hedge funds and Wall Street banks and investment funds including State Street and Vanguard. Such is the power of Blackrock. Fink was also able to get four new board members in ExxonMobil committed to end the company’s oil and gas business.”

It describes the evidence from the GIS (Geographic Information System) of extreme precision and selectivity of the Lahaina fire. It also points to the plans of potentially moving all low-income residents off their properties and into a concentration camp, ahem, a 15-minute city… GIS system is a computer system for capturing, storing, checking, and displaying data related to positions on Earth’s surface. GIS can show many different kinds of data on one map, such as streets, buildings, and vegetation. This enables people to more easily see, analyze, and understand patterns and relationships. US Government has all these data layers in extreme detail for all developed areas in the country… As of today (Aug 25, 2023) if you navigate your web browser to Google Maps, select “satellite view”, then select “globe view”. It appears that the aerial imagery was recently updated to reflect the damage from the recent “event”, that took place in Lahaina Hawaii earlier this August. Out of curiosity I also looked at GIS information on Lahaina, (link below) and wanted to see if there is correlation between damaged structures and particular zoning. HUD appears own property running south from the civic center down to the Lahaina Bypass… Everything west of HUD owned parcels are hundreds of small residential lots which where all destroyed seemingly from fires on originating from that HUD land… Only a small home community was spared and appears intact between Leiali Pkwy and Kaniau Road. Interesting thing about this community is it appears to fall
Under HUD authority as well! – Large inland parcels south of the Lahaina Bypass are owned by large developers and trusts, and everything west of these parcels were hundreds of small residential lots which were all destroyed as well… What’s most interesting about looking at the aerial imagery, is that amongst the destruction are various structures still standing with green grass & green trees, nearly right up to edge or property line. Looking at GIS data & street view some don’t make sense, as a few have all wood construction! In other cases, condo complexes that appear to be of concrete construction, completely destroyed.”

New vaccines containing the version of the omicron strain XBB.1.5 are already being developed by Pfizer, Novavax and Moderna. However, the virus’s continuing mutation will likely necessitate updated vaccines.

The Biden administration’s supplemental funding request for Congress for the start of the new fiscal year did not include COVID-19 vaccinations. Instead, the White House asked for roughly $40 billion to fund short-term key priorities such as more aide for Ukraine, federal disaster funds, climate change and border priorities.  Maybe this time it will actually be safe and effective?

Besides the G7 nations, 18 other countries have agreed to provide long-term military support for Kyiv… The idea of the long-term commitment is to show Russia that it can’t wait out the Biden administration. The Journal report reads: “Western officials are looking for ways to lock in pledges of support and limit future governments’ abilities to backtrack, amid fears in European capitals that Donald Trump, if he recaptures the White House, would seek to scale back aid.” – Trump, who escalated US involvement in Ukraine during his term by taking the step to provide Javelin missiles, has said he would end the Ukraine war within “24 hours” if elected in 2024. The former president is the current frontrunner for the Republican nomination… The Journal report acknowledged that the Biden administration could not legally bind a future president from exiting a deal with Ukraine, but Republican hawks in Congress could make it difficult. During his time as president, Trump withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal, but the majority of Republicans in Congress supported exiting the agreement… A US official told the Journal that one proposal being considered for Ukraine would be a memorandum of understanding (MOU), which would not require congressional approval. President Biden has previously floated the idea of an “Israel model” for Ukraine. The US provides Israel with $3.8 billion in military aid each year under a 10-year MOU but does not provide mutual defense guarantees. The Journal report said that French officials have suggested military aid commitments for Ukraine should be over a four-year period.”

The answer is disturbing, but it is the only logical answer: the buildings were immolated through directed energy weapons… The unburned trees are a clue that directed energy weapons were used. CDC Responds to Mask Mandate Claims – by Jack Phillips – https://www.theepochtimes.com/health/cdc-responds-to-mask-mandate-claims-5483404 – Apologies, this article is behind a Paywall… The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has responded to speculation that the agency could be bringing back mask mandates on public transportation or in federal officials… A spokesperson for the CDC told The Epoch Times on Aug. 29 that COVID-19 hospital admission levels ‘are currently low for more than 96 percent’ of the United States, but that the agency recommended that transportation workers, travelers, passengers, and others get the COVID-19 vaccine “before they travel.”.. ‘Anyone may choose to wear a mask in crowded or poorly ventilated indoor areas, including on public transportation and in transportation hubs at any time,’ the CDC spokesperson said… The agency also doesn’t currently have any mandate in effect, and the ‘CDC’s advice for individual and community actions around COVID-19 are tied to hospital admission levels,’ the spokesperson said… Earlier this week, a CDC spokesperson told NBC News that there have been no agency discussions about bringing back mask mandates, which comes as a handful of hospitals and offices around the country started reimposing them this month. There has also been speculation that federal officials may bring back mandates or even push for lockdowns, similar to what happened in 2020… At the same time, the CDC hasn’t issued any updated guidelines regarding mask mandates on its website… About a week ago, a report from Alex Jones’s InfoWars claimed that a high-level Transportation Security Administration (TSA) official, who wasn’t named, informed him that lockdowns and mandates would be coming back in the fall. That person cited discussions among agency officials as the basis for his claims… However, a spokesperson for the TSA told The Epoch Times on Aug. 25 that those claims are false and that the agency ‘does not have any new requirements and there has not been any meeting on the topic.’.. They include United Health Services in Binghamton, Auburn Community Hospital in Auburn, and University Hospital in Syracuse… In California, a Kaiser Permanente facility in Santa Rosa said it would reimpose its mask mandate, but it then issued a statement several days later saying it only applied to staff… ‘Our intent was to communicate that as of Tuesday, we have expanded the masking requirement for our employees and physicians to medical offices and clinic settings; we apologize for any confusion among Press Democrat readers,’ the hospital’s updated statement to local media said… Other than hospitals, Lionsgate studios in Southern California and a college in Atlanta also announced the return of masking. But as with Kaiser Permanente, Lionsgate later said that it won’t be requiring masks and it suggested that the company was being pressured by the Los Angeles Department of Health… ‘The LA County Department of Public Health notified us yesterday that we could lift the mask requirements, effective immediately, and we have,’ the studio told TheWrap. The statement added ‘Lionsgate never changed its own mask policy. Other Council leaders in Hasakah city were besieged as well, two of whom are Muhammad Jabr Al-Shuaiti, Abu al-Harith Al-Shuaiti, and Abu Khawla’s brother, Jalal Al-Khabil… Jalal Al-Khabil posted a video, explaining what happened and asking Al-Akidat tribe to rescue him and the besiege all SDF headquarters in order to force them to release the Council’s leaders, stressing that “it is not about Abu Khawla anymore, but a conflict between Arabs and Kurds.” – Everyone in the Council’s headquarters surrendered the next day around 4 am, and SDF arrested Abu Khawla’s brother, Jalal Al-Khabil later (who appeared in the video)… After Al-Khabil’s arrest, the “Deir Ezzor Military Council” issued a statement “Liberating Deir Ezzor from the Kurdish occupation.” The statement called on all members of the Council to fight and attack SDF positions in Deir Ezzor, and to arrest the Kurdish members.”

Proud Boy leader Joseph Biggs sentenced to 17 years for Jan. 6 crimes – by Rachel Weiner and Tom Jackman – https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2023/08/31/proud-boys-joseph-biggs-sentencing-jan6-seditious-conspiracy/ – “A former leader in the far-right Proud Boys group was sentenced Thursday to 17 years in prison, just shy of the longest punishment imposed on a participant in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol… ‘That day broke our tradition of peaceful transfer of power,’ said U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly as he sentenced Joseph Biggs, 39, of Florida. ‘We don’t have it anymore.’ – Biggs was one of four Proud Boys found guilty at trial earlier this year of engaging in a seditious conspiracy to keep Donald Trump in power by force, along with obstructing Congress and other crimes… Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes, found guilty of a separate seditious conspiracy involving his extremist group, was sentenced earlier this year to 18 years in prison. In both cases, judges applied enhancements for terrorism that pushed the sentencing range they must consider higher. But Kelly told Biggs, ‘It’s not my job to label you a terrorist, and my sentence today won’t do that.
